LIFETIME RETURN POLICY

A1LCD offers a lifetime return policy for all of our parts. We are more than happy to help you if your parts ever fails.

All items returned are eligible for refund or exchange.  

• All refund will base on current sale price of the item or your purchase price (whichever is lower) minus a 10% processing fee.
• For any exchanges, we will gladly exchange the item as long as we carry it in our stores.

Conditions:

• Lifetime warranty policy applies as long as you are still a customer (you have been purchasing in the past 30 days). If you are no longer purchasing from us with the same or similar volume as previously our warranty is only extended for 45 days!
• If you damage an item or remove it from a customer's phone, the item will be reviewed on a case by case basis. This includes frame damage on iPhone Compatible LCD.
• If the item is no longer carried or sold by us is not eligible for a refund or store credit if the item being returned has been purchased greater than 45 days ago.
• If you are returning an item because it is no longer needed or accidentally purchased you are responsible for ship costs of both ways. A 10% restocking fee will be applied.
• All tape, tools, accessories, and screen protectors are not eligible for return.
• Samsung compatible screen with adhesive or screen protectors removed will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. We recommend you test all screens for Samsung right after you receive your order.

Policy Changes

A1LCD reserves the right to change returns/warranty policies at any time, and, no warning or notice is necessary.
